CENSORED

Two bits of censorship-related information:

• The Cambodian government has decided that third generation mobile phones are acceptable after all, except video. The government had previously banned them because they can be used to download pornography (the internet remains legal, for now).
• I watched Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle (one of the finest movies ever made) on Cambodian TV just now and it was heavily censored, enough that it didn't make any sense.
